Real! True! Passionate! I love this guy... Calming mellow and real lyrics are what give this gentleman truth, soul and true originality. We need more story telling in the world like this. Hajib had me locked in my chair upon hearing the first bar of "Old as Dirt Grandpa with a Guitar". Covering topics like the economy, social unrest, children, love and life Hajib gives us hope for better times while calming us with wonderful and soothing guitar riffs. Mingling stories with song as he educates and opens eyes to reality with love and kindness is something I have not often seen in my lifetime, and one who has the strength to carry it through, as Hajb demonstrates, is a person of such profound character that I am in awe of his musical strength. A fantastic rendition Hajib! I wish you much success in your endeavors and never let anyone hold you back, for your strengths will be a guide to those of us who cannot be strong for ourselves. One love, one heart, one mind...

Three and a half years ago, when Frank Jones did the interview at the "Gibbs Magazine" link below, I had just quit my day job to try and find myself. If you manage to get through even a portion of my long-winded, rambling and soul searching soliloquy, you'll know why. Desperate situations call for desperate measures. What I've learned in the three and a half years since is that the message is in the music, not in the words, not even in the lyrics without the music. Listen to the music then. Listen to the music now. Nuff said. Peace out
